These periodic technical checks are ensured together with the authorized personnel from ANRE and ISCIR. As part of the periodic technical checks, CORSEM would very much like to draw the customer’s attention to the following warnings:
- Periodic technical checks of your methane gas plant and/or thermal plant are carried out no later than 2 years after installation or, if preferred, at the express request of the customer;
- In case of a serious malfunction of the gas plant, which extends over a duration of more than 6 months, CORSEM undertakes its technical overhaul at the express request of its client or, otherwise, after 10 years from the installation of the plant in question.
- verification of the existence of the “device booklet” (i.e. the identification document of the micro-power plant which also records the history of technical checks)
- verifying the integrity of the device and maintaining the initial installation conditions;
- cleaning activities of the device, if necessary (these are done at an additional cost to the cost of the check, depending on the operations required to be performed)
- checking and adjusting the combustion installation in order to achieve a complete combustion, with the efficiency indicated by the manufacturer;
- analysis of the burnt gases and checking that the values are within the allowed limits;
- verifying the correct operation of the control, adjustment and safety devices;
- carrying out the applicable checks in accordance with the technical conditions provided for in the device booklet, as well as in the manufacturer’s instructions;
- after performing the necessary works, the necessary documents are handed over to the beneficiary and the performed operations are mentioned in the device booklet.
