CORSEM is authorised and has qualified staff for the design of new smart natural gas distribution networks — the network, the high-pressure connection pipe, the custody transfer station and the service connections.

We design and build distribution networks that bring natural gas to towns and communes — from the supply pipeline and the gas pressure regulating and metering station to the street network and service connections.

Frequently asked questions — new distribution networks
Which authorisations are required to design a distribution network?
For medium, reduced and low-pressure distribution systems — an ANRE (the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority) type PDSB authorisation; for high-pressure components — type PT. CORSEM holds both (PDSB no. 21491, PT no. 23206).
Do you also carry out construction?
Yes — under the EDSB (distribution) and ET (high pressure) authorisations. Among other projects, CORSEM designed and built the distribution networks in Moara commune and Vatra Dornei municipality.
Which areas do you cover?
Our head office is in Șcheia, Str. Humorului nr. 961 (near Suceava), with offices in Câmpulung Moldovenesc, Vatra Dornei and Rădăuți. We carry out works in Suceava County, across the Moldavia region and, for infrastructure projects and gas pressure regulating and metering stations, throughout Romania.
